By submitting this rental application, I grant Rent Solutions permission to make inquiries and verify my employment record, monthly income, previous residence record as it relates to payment history and property caretaking through prior landlord verification, and perform a credit and/or criminal background check. Any information obtained from this application will be used to determine my suitability as an applicant and may be disclosed to the property owner. As an applicant, I agree that property owner or agent thereof retain the right to determine my suitability as a prospective tenant and/or reject an application for any reason not prohibited by law. Further, if a lease agreement is entered into and any information disclosed on this application is found untrue, incorrect, or incomplete,Rent Solutions reserves the right to cancel said lease agreement and I will forfeit security deposit. Exceptions to application criteria are possible, as Rent Solutions deems appropriate and when circumstances warrant. Rent Solutions may ask for additional information and/or clarification when necessary. Once as application has been approved, any advance deposit provided to agency is applied toward the security deposit or forfeited if applicant fails to consummate a lease agreement. Application fee is non-refundable.
